Diagnostic Service - We offer a diagnostic service on any Desktop and Laptop PC computers for a standard fee of £35+vat. For this service we diagnose the fault and if possible resolve the issue. Should your machine have a hardware fault we will quote you for the required parts & any additional labour. If you do not wish to go ahead with the repair you are still subject to the £35+vat Diagnostic Fee.
